Office Administrative Coordinator
Office Administrative Coordinator — New York, NY (Onsite)
Ground Up Coffee & Tea is looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support sales, compliance, and office operations at a growing specialty beverage company. You'll work closely with the Office Manager, Sales, and Compliance teams to keep things moving accurately and on time.
What you'll do
- Manage product sample inventory, outbound shipments, and tracking across coffee, tea, and ingredient samples
- Prepare cost workups, process customer quotes in NetSuite, and maintain accurate pricing records
- Support the sales team with administrative follow-up, reporting, and customer-facing materials
- Assist compliance with supplier documentation, customer portals, and certification tracking
- Coordinate across departments to keep projects, deadlines, and information current
What you bring
- 3–7 years of administrative, sales, or compliance experience, ideally in distribution or F&B
- Experience with NetSuite and Pipedrive strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Sales Executive
Sales Executive — New York, NY (Hybrid)
Ground Up Coffee & Tea is looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow existing accounts and develop new business across private label, contract manufacturing, and ingredient-based beverage programs. You'll work closely with leadership to move opportunities from concept to commercialization.
What you'll do
- Own pipeline development, account growth, and revenue performance for assigned accounts
- Build and onboard new customers across brands, roasters, cafes, foodservice, and retail
- Prepare pricing workups, manage quotes, and maintain CRM activity in NetSuite and Pipedrive
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, operations, and compliance
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed
What you bring
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in coffee, tea, ingredients, or private label
- Proven ability to generate new business while sustaining existing relationships
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Pipedrive strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Staff Accountant — New York, NY (Hybrid)
Ground Up Coffee & Tea is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations at a growing specialty beverage company. You'll work closely with the Director of Finance & HR on accounting, reporting, and month-end close.
What you'll do
- Handle AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and bank accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with audits, financial reporting, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and logistics teams
What you bring
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 3–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in distribution or F&B
- NetSuite or similar ERP experience required
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
